Title: On the dynamics of the Bianchi IX model near the cosmological singularity
Abstract: We present results on dynamics of gravitational field near the generic cosmological singularity. We use the dynamical systems methods for analyzing the phase space of our system. Three choices of variables on phase space lead to the same conclusion that the critical points are of nonhyperbolic type and form a continuous subspace of the phase space. Further insight into the nature of the cosmological singularity requires deeper examination of nonlinear aspects of the dynamics.

Title: The observation of GRBs with AGILE and GRB 111211A associated to a Supernova
Abstract: Launched in 2007, the AGILE satellite of the Italian Space Agency (ASI) is observing the Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs) with the Gamma Ray Imaging Detector (30 MeV - 50 GeV) and the hard X-ray monitor SuperAGILE (20 - 60 keV). The non-imaging Minicalorimeter covers the band between 300 keV and 100 MeV. On 11 December 2012 SuperAGILE localised GRB 111211A. A Supernova has been subsequently discovered in the follow-up observation of this burst by the Spanish GTC Telescope. I will present the AGILE observation of GRB 111211A and I will summarise the main results obtained by AGILE in the study of GRBs.
