Belinski  Volodia ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Boundary conditions in the Unruh problem
Bianco Carlo ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" The GRB 991216 in the EMBH model
Bini Donato ICRA and Istituto per le Applicazioni del Calcolo "M. Picone", CNR Gravitoelectromagnetism: applications to the Taub-NUT spacetime The role of the gravitomagnetic monopole moment of the Taub-NUT solution is studied for spinning test particle moving along circular orbits. Comparison with the Schwarzschild case is also considered.
Chardonnet Pascal ICRA and University of Savoie Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays : a new frontier?
Cherubini Cristian Universita di Salerno, Italy and ICG, University of Portsmouth, UK Perturbations and gravitomagnetism in the Kerr-Taub-NUT spacetime The master equation describing massless fields of different spin in the Kerr-Taub-NUT spacetime representing a source with a mass plus gravitomagnetic monopole and dipole moments is studied. This equation can be separated into its radial and angular parts. The behaviour of the radial functions at infinity and near the horizon is studied in order to examine the influence of the NUT parameter on the phenomenon of superradiance. Moreover it is discussed the coupling between the spin of the perturbing field and the gravitomagnetic monopole moment.

Clarelli Fabrizio ICRA and Dip. Metodi e Modelli Matematici, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Stability region of Neutron Stars and Mass-Radius relation We present detailed analysis of the mass radius relations in the neutron stars which outline some interesting features about the morphology of such astrophysical object. In particular we numerically integrate the Tolman Oppenheimer Volkoff equations in correspondence to different choices for the core equation of state and using the standard Harrison Wheeler scheme for modelling the external envelope; in this procedure the central density of the star is to be regarded as a free parameter of the theory. The results of our integration show a crucial morphology in the {\em mass-central density diagram} which consists of the appearence of an existence domain; this achievement allows to characterize the astrophysical nature of an observed stellar object simply by its mass, i.e. when its values lies outside such domain we can exclude that the object under study is a neutron star. Furthermore we candidate (in alternative to the {\em strange star proposal}) neutron stars cores as the astrophysical objects responsible for the mass radius profiles observed by Beppo Sax.
Cruciani Gianluca ICRA and Universita di Perugia Geodesics of the Ferrari-Ibanez metric: a computer algebra approach It is shown how to build a simple computer algebra procedure to draw the geodesic paths of a particle moving in a single gravitational plane wave spacetime, with various initial velocities, and subsequently penetrating a GW collision zone. The software used is Mathematica 4.
Geralico Andrea ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Lecce Electrostatics on a Reissner-Nordstrom black hole background The interaction of a Reissner-Nordstr\"om black hole and a charged test particle is studied together with the lines of force of their electric fields. The electric properties of the black hole horizon are discussed in detail and used to explain the expulsion of the lines of force from the outer horizon as the hole becomes extreme. The particle backreaction is also considered studying the effect of general static perturbations of the hole following the approach of Zerilli.
Guida Roberto ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza"
Imponente Giampaolo ICRA and Universita di Napoli Generic deSitter Solution with scalar field
Lattanzi Massimiliano ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Effect of neutrino asymmetry on the cosmic microwave background anisotropy spectrum
Mercuri Simone ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Revised quantum geometrodynamics via frame fixing
Ruffini Remo ICRA and Dip. Di Fisica, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Theory of Dyadosphere
Sigismondi Costantino ICRA and Istituto Armellini, Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" Astrometry and Relativity Since James Bradley's discovery of light aberration (1727) to Gravity Probe-B experiment (launch November 2003) there has been a strict interplay between observational astrometry and measurements of relativistic effects. An overview on light aberration, Mercury's perihelion precession with solar disk ellipticity debate, lunar geodetic precession, Lense-Thirring and Pugh-Schiff precessions in Gravity Probe-B experiment are presented, in order to understand the final choice of the reference star for Gravity Probe-B satellite.
